U.S.A. if we have not met I will need to screen your information with one of
the following:

-Two references of other known providers including their web sites and
email address’
- If your name can be googled please let me know
- A way to verify your employment via a company web site with your name on
it or a phone call to your office via the receptionist.
- If you are a member of room service 2000or Date Check please let me know
the appropriate information.
